Failing at fandom

I must be out of practice. Despite being a pedantic reader of credits, I completely failed to notice, without assistance from the IMDb, that this guy in The Avengers/Avengers Assemble:

is Alexis Denisof. I mean granted he's completely unrecognisable, and his voice has been altered. So it's not like I need to cower in shame from not seeing that it was him. But his name's right there in the credits, for goodness sakes. Not as "Random Space Goblin Of Obvious Future Import", but as "The Other", which I suppose is a little easier on the tongue.

Giving Joss Whedon the keys to Hollywood could turn out to be even better than expected. Not only do we get more fun films, but if it leads to the random insertion of Alexis Denisof in things, then I can only approve.

Although on a slightly less cheerful note, I'd like to congratulate PhotoBucket, for coming up with a shiny new interface for 2013 that has to the be the least user friendly one I've ever encountered. Nice one, guys...

Quite. I've never understood how he's found so little employment since "Angel". He was the best thing in it!

Yes, it is. Joss Whedon has made an adaptation of "Much Ado" with a bunch of Buffy and Angel folks. I have no idea if it will make it into the cinema over here, though.
